We have a conversation
Fifteen minutes in the calendar. You tell us what's weighing on you, and we tell you honestly whether we can help. If we can't, we say so right there.

You pick the first task
The one that annoys you most. We set it up alongside the person on your team who knows the work and the exceptions. Those are rarely written down anywhere.

It runs, and we take the next one
Once the first one works in everyday use, we move on to the next. Or you pause. That's your call, month by month.
When it's bigger than one task
Sometimes it isn't one task but a whole area that needs rebuilding. Then we run a scoped engagement with you, with the frame agreed from the start.
SMV:Digital can co-fund this. We're a registered advisor for the Danish government's grant program for small and medium-sized businesses, and if your company is registered in Denmark, an approved project can qualify for up to 50% in funding. The program has its own requirements, and we assess that case by case.
Your knowledge, methods, and experience stay with you.
The model itself runs on Anthropic's or OpenAI's infrastructure. What we run for you, we run from Denmark.

Then we build it. It's covered by the price on the same terms as one from the catalog.
